Martin has spent more than 20 years designing and implementing business systems for companies that had outgrown the way they were working. Most of that time was in the Salesforce ecosystem, where he also founded Focus on Force, a certification training business used by Salesforce professionals around the world.
He started Cloudcentrix because he kept seeing the same pattern in small businesses: a stack of software nobody opens, AI used in patches, and an owner the whole operation still runs through. The fix is never another tool. It is a way of working, installed properly, with someone accountable for keeping it alive.
He is Anthropic certified and the author of Run Your Small Business Smarter with AI, a practical guide to putting Claude to work across marketing, sales, admin, service, finance, HR and operations.
