Privacy policy.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Cloudcentrix ("we", "us") is an Australian business based in Sydney. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it — in plain English, because that's how we do everything.
What we collect
We collect personal information you choose to give us. That means: your name, email address, and business details when you send us a message, book an audit or call, or download one of our free resources (for example, a checklist offered through an ad on Facebook or Instagram).
We may also collect answers you give in those forms — such as your industry, team size, or what you want to improve — so we can make any follow-up useful rather than generic.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not use these to identify you.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, deliver the resource you asked for, prepare for and run a booked session, and — where you have asked for a resource or a call — follow up about our services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email and say so, and we will stop.
Who handles your data on our behalf
We use a small number of reputable service providers to run the business: website hosting (Vercel), form handling (Web3Forms), scheduling (Calendly), email (Google Workspace), and advertising platforms (Meta — Facebook and Instagram) when you respond to one of our ads or lead forms.
Each of these providers stores data under their own privacy policies, and some store data outside Australia (typically the United States). We only share what is needed to provide the service you asked for.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, or as required by law.
Access and correction
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form on this site and we will sort it out promptly.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. We will not quietly change the deal.
